Hilton Club The Central at 5th New York

The room is exceptionally spacious, especially, for New York. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is an "L" shape with a large counter/shelf space which was so nice. The window treatments were phenomenal with motorized blackout shades and sheets. The windows face a lot of office buildings but also provided lots of light. The floors were a lovely laminate faux wood and the lighting and bathroom were lovely. Truly, a beautiful space for our four days in NYC. There are also phenomenal deli's and restaurants just steps away.

Fantastic location with the Rockefeller less that 3-4 mins walk away and Grand Central 5 mins away. Empire State, Times Square and Central Park are 10-15 mins away. It's in the middle of everything but on a slightly quieter street so ticks all boxes. Rooms are big for NYC incredibly comfortable and really well equipped. The thing that really makes this hotel a 10/10 is the staff. Amazingly friendly people. They learn your names, give loads of great tips and are always there to help. When we checked out we didn't even have to ask for baggage storage and a taxi, they knew what we needed and gave estimates on journey times on a Friday at 315pm and sorted it all for us. It's a great base for any New York holiday/adventure. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Fantastic location, within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central, and not too much further to Central Park. Also a ton of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a safe in the room, a Keurig machine, a small refrigerator. Iron and blow dryer in room as well. No microwave. Huge TV. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. We landed at JFK in the afternoon and took the Air train to Jamaica, then took the E train to 53rd St and walked a few blocks to the hotel. We had only carry on bags so it was easy. And much cheaper than a taxi.

Very good location. Few minutes walk from Grand Central station. All attractions are close by as well. Facility is very new. Rooms are very well equipped. Bathroom is spacious. Gym is small but good enough for basic training and some cardio.
