Hilton Club The Central at 5th New York

Fantastic location with the Rockefeller less that 3-4 mins walk away and Grand Central 5 mins away. Empire State, Times Square and Central Park are 10-15 mins away. It's in the middle of everything but on a slightly quieter street so ticks all boxes. Rooms are big for NYC incredibly comfortable and really well equipped. The thing that really makes this hotel a 10/10 is the staff. Amazingly friendly people. They learn your names, give loads of great tips and are always there to help. When we checked out we didn't even have to ask for baggage storage and a taxi, they knew what we needed and gave estimates on journey times on a Friday at 315pm and sorted it all for us. It's a great base for any New York holiday/adventure. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is really friendly! The location is amazing and the rooms are quite spacious. Definitely if we visit NYC again we would stay again with them!

The location as well as the staff and rooms where amazing. It exceeded what we expected. The staff was on point, since they welcomed us, till after we've checked out (helped us with our bags storage and transportation to the airport)

We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

The hotel location is excellent between 5th and Madison. A safe street to walk, and lots of food options within a short distance of the hotel. The room was clean, modern and up to date, loved the floor to ceiling window with my view of the city. The hotel is quiet, comfortable and safe. Even though it does not have any bar or restaurant facilities there is a bright and comfortable lobby area and courtyard that can be used. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort and friendly staff. I will be using this hotel again on my return visit.
